Thought it might be of interest, especially with the furore over the 3dmark benchmarking and the whole Half-Life 2 crap performance thing.

Hoping so... apparently it does help Halo's pixel shaders a bit, though someone with the game / demo will be able to say for sure.

I think they gave up making drivers for Win98/ME. Oh well...

Actually, I'm pretty that dirver or one on the way is for 9x / ME. It definately mentions something about it in the release docs....

Is this driver better than the Detonator XP driver? The site doesn't say if it can be used for GeForce 4 Ti-4200 cards...

That's a bad thing because?
Anyway, I want the real ForceWare package dammit, the one with the nForce drivers in it, I couldn't care less about the graphics drivers.

ugh that thing does NOT work atleast for me it totaly ****s up the picture in BF so i reverted

Hee...I downloaded it already. Will try out Halo after this...
