Oh, the irony
-
You know, some people need to learn how to TAKE A HINT.
-
apparently somebody doesn't like him.
-
I heard about this on the radio this morning. Apparently this is the ninth lightning strike that they've had while shooting this movie. It looks like sombody( ) is watching and doesn't like it one bit. Maybe Caviezel is TOO convincing as Christ?
-
Makes me want to look up statistics for lightning strikes on other movie sets...
-
They should play the lottery.
-
Interesting... so would you think that lightning strikes should be a sign to stop production of the movie, or the fact that they're surviving the strikes virtually without a scratch (save for minor burns on fingers and whatnot) should be a sign to encourage and further production? Hmmm... ;)
-
or is it just a sign to stop using long metal things on top of hills?
-
I'd go with Kasperls suggestion - though it is a little odd.

haha, oh dear. Well good that no one was injured.
-
Reminds me of a certain Darwin award. The guy who stood at the front of a boat in a storm and said something like: "Take your best shot, God!". He was zapped on the spot by a bolt of lightning.
-
good that it dind't kill anybody

*actor appears before god*
(Actor looks at god, rather furious that he'd had been Smited by god himself..) "did you smite me for playing your son in a movie?"
(God, Shrugging his bigass shoulders) "no, i smited you because your acting sucked.. now go to hell if you please, you're bothering the mormons.."
:p

what is so odd?
it has been know for quite some time that the highest item in the vicinity attracts lightning the best, and that metal only helps attracting lightning, ergo, you shouldn't be using anything high that is made of metal during stormy wheater.

Ahh. *Remembers the 'Finger Nebula'*

I was going to post the verse about "...treading on vipers without harm..." (or something to that effect), but then I saw Ulala's post, which is sufficient. :)
