So quit storing those "Oh, this is just on the server so so-and-so can download it, then I'll take it off" files on the HLP server(s), 'cuz people never do remember to remove them. :p

And we do indeed have a space problem. Probably would be a good idea to order a spring (hey, it's spring here!) clean-out for all the hosted projects... well-spotted, Mike. :)

Neat idea, but note that it only works if you're connected to the internet when the person tries to download the file. And if you have an always-on setup like that, it's just as easy to set up an FTP server and not bother with all this "token" nonsense.
