aaaargh.... :ick Bad pun.
Okay, we can wait for the OX effect until HT&L is debugged. But remember to apply to glowmaps only, with an option somewhere to apply it to the HUD, since that looks really freakin' awesome.
Say, that reminds me. Remember to reinstate ambient lighting in the Tech Room.
-
there should be a slider for that. that would be after 3.6 however

 why? it looked kewl on evrything, not just the glows
-
The point of overexposure is that anything that emits light gets the special treatment. Lights ought to have been glowmapped, so only glowmapped stuff should have it.
But what do I know? XD
-
It's true. I'm typing from Kazan's stomach right now.
-
Well, if overexposure is put in later, an anti-aliased (ha, I wonder if that'll ever work) version of an installation would look beautifiul
-
Anti Aliasing should work already, it's a video card thang :D

yes but it messes up the fonts somehow, and doesn't actually improve visual quality a lot :)
-
Oh right, sorry :) Didn't know that, I never use it for exactly the reason you stated, the improvement isn't worth the clock cycles :)
-
Can hardly wait!
*Puts coders in shackels and points a gun at them! - Go! Debug that HT&L! *
