Soon, we'll get to kill Mindflayers, Beholders, and assorted golems at Epic Levels!

(As a note for you non-CRPG players, NWN is Neverwinter Nights, a CRPG by Bioware, and Hordes of the Underdark is the second expansion.)

I'm not to sure I like the idea of extending the possible level rate to (40 is it?). That means new people to the game have a hell of a lot harder time getting into it on multiplayer servers...
-
True. But the people running the server, if they're intelligent, can always do a few things to limit things like that. Kick the powergamers, even run a module load script to set the characters to a specific level.
Myself, I favor single player and playing with friends over the internet in passworded games.

nice... now I just need some more free time, if there ever was one of those things.
and I still need to get shadows of undrentide.

Course, anything i say is totally, biased, seeing as im a builder on that PW, but i was a player before that. Its l33t, RP server. Hordes of urientide is good, cos it adds a Sky and Robes. ROBES! and a new tileset.

That's actually rather interesting, Z. If I had broadband, I'd probably try it, but the download is a bit too large for a 56k.

I forget how big the hakpack is these days. Its getting changed to rar which should make it smaller.
-
I keep looking at NWN-Gold. I might go buy it next time I'm unemployed (since that's the only way I'll have time to play!)
-
You mean the first expansion (SOU) has gone gold..
HOTU isn't out yet...
-
No. "Gone Gold" in the computer industry means the master disk has been sent to the publisher. And that's what Bioware just did for HotU. That means that HotU has, indeed, gone gold.

I was thiking of the music industry when X product sells over X amount (like a million I think?)
