Title: Card Models

This is kind of big over on the Relic boards.

Basically, what they're doing is compensating for the lack of available merchandise(plastic models and such) by making paper cut out models.  I know this sounds kind of cheesy, but they're getting some really incredible results.

I'll make one of one of the more simplistic ships and try to get a pic posted in the next couple of weeks.

Please, discuss.

Well, I've done that sort of thing with my basic architectural models last year. I simply unwrapped them--keeping the proportions--then cut them out and glued them. I did consider making a Herc like that but I lacked the skillz I do now.

Well, K'Nex (is that how you spell it?) launched a line of BattleTech stuff once, so I wouldn't be surprised.:nervous:
