Title: Should we use Source Forge as a second CVS?

I think Source Forge is more well known than Warpcore, if we add our project to SF, we are bound to draw some extra attention.

Be patient.  There was only a 4 hour difference between your two posts.

For my part, I vote no.  The Gamespy release is going to bring us plenty of publicity anyway.

why?

and I have concerns about the licensing on SF, last I checkewd you had to get special permission to post wierdly licensed code there.

We have almost 2 years of progress in the current CVS. If aomeone wants to open a SF account and redirect to us, that migh accomplish what you are looking for...

Inq put it well. Additionally, we have enough on our hands securing the 3.6 and 3.6.1 stable builds, and getting the documentation down for the already-scheduled FP release. SF can wait. :)

How about put it up on SF after you get the 3.6.1 release.

We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
