Title: Odd sound problem.

Anyone else get this problem? In programs, sound/voice/music is dragged out horribly (aka: Starcraft A-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-d-d-d-d-d-d-d--d-dd-- o-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n c-c-c-co-o-o-o-o-o-oo-mplete). I'm running XP Home with SB Audigy for my sound card and I have the latest drivers. Any help appreciated.
