Title: No collide subsystems

This is just a thought, and I know no changes are beig made at this time, but if we had no-collide subsystems, together with the Non-Targettable ones, you could use the Alpha transparency effects on TGA's to create volumetric-looking 'fake' lights on platforms etc?
