Title: Ceating Own Backgrounds

Hi,
Once again i seek help.
I cant seem to get my own backgrounds to show up in FRED. I have created them, placed them in the correct directories and edited the stars.tbl file.
I even deleted the tbl file and renamed the new planet image to a currently existing one in the main FS2 files but it didnt show up and actually made everything after it in the list dissapear when in FRED2.

Any help would be great.

Sound's like FRED's backing out when it can't find the file.  Is it saved in the correct format?  Unless recently implimented, pcx files must be 256 color to show up in FRED or in game.

Ahhhhh! 256 colours. Keep forgetting about that.
Oh well no problem there.
