Title: FS1 registry edits

I remember there was a thread here a while ago that I used to manually do the FS1 registry tweaks for high-resolution textures, I did a search for it but didn't find it.

The FS FAQ on HLP also does not have the manual instructions, it'd be nice to have a link to the old post if it's still around there. :)

Have a look in my FAQ. I've got pictures :D I'll eventually edit the version on the HLP FAQ so it has all the details the version on my site has but it will take a while.
