Title: -t32 changing to -jpgtga

The flag name '-t32' is misleading, and is going to change after I checkin. Originally it was going to activate -pcx32 functionality as well but I split them into two.

-jpgtga allows you to load and JPG or TGA into 32 or 16 bit textures. However if using 16 bit textures (ie in 16 bit mode) they wont look nearly as good.

pcx are still only 8bit or can we have now pcx with higher depth?
