Title: Where can I get music suitable for a FreeSpace mod?

I need a good source for music that would work well in a FreeSpace mod, but a Google search didn't give me what I wanted. Know any good sources for this kind of music?

i used some freelancer music (cause i liked some of the bar songs from liberty) in fs2 as the music for the deck portions.

usually, for games involving various types of sound to insite emotions of hype or anger or dispair, music has to be created specifically for those moments. its hard to find normal songs to cut up to make certain songs for certain moments.

but try classical, similair to ones found in action movies with much melodrama, and or some rock music depending on the mood.

one nice place to get some music is the pearl harbor movie soundtrack.

Music is incredibly subjective and what you think would be suitable might not be suitable for someone else. You need to elaborate on what kind of music you're after.

weird al gets all kinds of parody songs credited to him, even when it's fairly obvious it isn't him.
