Very impressive, I just don't understand why complicated ads like these are good. Why don't a simplier one suffice?

Ads like these show an attention to detail and creativity that many simpler ads do not.
This one in particular is impressive because it is real. It appeals to the human need for action and motion. Each kinetic event triggers another, and another, like a complex domino fall. The viewer is drawn in by his own need to see what is going to happen next.
Sure, you could do a simpler ad, but it would only have lasting appeal to those with simpler minds.

[color=cc9900]I like all of Honda's adverts. They're incredibly co-ordinated. Take, for example, the one with everything only turning on when people are nearby and watching. The sense of atmosphere, for an advert, is really out of the ordinary.[/color]
