Well my brothers and I are pooling together 250 bucks and spending it on games for our Gamecube. The only question is, which games should we get. We are leaning towards Medal of Honor, Mario Kart, and NCAA March Madness 2004 so far, but we don't know what else...
-
I hear Mario Kart kicks a lot of ass.
-
Smash Brothers is pretty damn fun for parties. Soul caliber 2 is a pretty decent fighting game as well.
Oh, Mario Sunshine is great fun if you like those kind of games.
-
Just saw F-Zero GX or whatever it's called tonight. Looks fun. :)
-
buy an xbox or ps2... personally, i don't like GC... meh...
-
well I'm getting a DVD burner with my stash so screw all consoles
-
X-Box and PS2 suck. I'm going to buy Mario Kart, I've already decided. I have Smash Bros. already, I just need other games. Anyone else have any recommendations?
-
GET Metroid Prime!

- Eternal Darkness (http://www.eternaldarkness.com/flash.jsp)
- XGRA (http://www.extremeg.com/) (Extreme G Racing Association)
I think you can emphasize that heaps  more deep_eyes, you really :D do have to GET Metroid Prime (http://www.metroid.com/prime/). This is a site worth looking at for GC games, IGN Cube (http://cube.ign.com/).

Eternal Darkness is a great game. I don't have a GC myself, but I've played it with a friend. Good stuff. If you don't have the N64 version, I'd also recommend The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time + Master Quest. Hands-down the best Zelda game ever. Wind Waker was far too tedious with its sailing, and its plot turned the whole damn Zelda legend into a convulted mess. F-Zero does indeed look awesome. Metroid Prime is godly. And Smash Bros. is a very fun game, provided you have people to play it with.
I would also like to note that PS2 does not suck. <<; Because of that system, I have my mecha fix satisfied. Zone of the Enders, Robot Alchemic Drive, Gundam... And let's not forget other classics, like Devil May Cry, the Metal Gear Solid series (yeah, so 2 was kinda loopy), the Final Fantasies.. I could go on for a while. ^^;

What to do with 250 bucks? Duh.
Hookers and blow.
-
Lol Shrike. Well here's a list of the games that I currently own:
Metroid Prime (best game ever)
Madden 2004
NCAA Football 2003
Starfox Adventures
Super Mario Sunshine
Timesplitters 2
007: Agent Under Fire
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Wind Waker
Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
Splinter Cell
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Tomorrow I''m most likely getting the following games:
Mario Kart: Double Dash
Medal of Honor: Rising Sun
NCAA March Madness 2004
That leaves me with room for one or two more games. Oh, and no Resident Evil, my parents won't let me get it, although i've bothered them about it.

Bananas and Blow.
Sancho brought a message from the Fat Man
"Sorry, boy, to leave you high and dry,
but I went to see my mom in Ensenada,
and I left a little something to help the time go by
Just a little something to help to keep you high"
Bananas & Blow (oh - oh), Bananas & Blow
Stuck in my cabana, living on Bananas & Blow
Now the rainy season reminds me of Maria
The way she danced, the color of her hair
Now I'm locked inside a stall at the cantina
Eating the bananas and the cocaine off the mirror
Looking for a ticket to take me away from here
Bananas & Blow (oh - oh), Bananas & Blow
Stuck in my cabana, living on Bananas & Blow
(guitar solo)

Around here ;7 I think $50 will do that  its not a good thing though
Anyway adwight have you collected all emblems in SA2B?
-
Give it to Carl.
or, yeah, as stated before: get Eternal Darkness.
-
I got a GC last year.
Mario Kart is way fun, but alittle easy.
007 Nightfire is cool, alot better then Agent under fire
SSX3 is really fun, I only was able to rent it though
super monkey ball is a GREAT party game, you need 4 controllers though.
-
I wouldn't bother with Resident Evil anyway. Sure the graphics kick ass, but try killing that first goddamn zombie with the crappy combat-knife. Took me about 20 lives to figure out I was screwed no matter what I did and turn off the GC.
I suggest you get one of the Rogue Squadron games. I prefer Rogue Leader (Rogue Squadron 2).
There's nothing like blitzing TIEs using the TIE Advanced and its multi-rocket thingy you unlocked by finding the downed TIE on the training level.
-
F-Zero. You must own it. It's the law.
-
Well I got Mario Kart and Medal of Honor. Both are totally kick ass games. I still have 100 bucks to spend, and i'm leaning towards Return of the King. I'll have to rent F-Zero before I buy it.

F-Zero is 1337, even if you don't care for racing games. I think it fits into a few genres anyway, one of them being the "looking f***ing awesome" genre. With over 30 vehicles, the ability to build your own, 3 cups plus 2 unlockable gives you plenty of track to race on, and with the locked features you and your friends have something to work for. It is truly fun, I'd totally recommend it.
-
Double Dash is so cool, i ahve been playing all afternoon with my mrs .... yes we are that sad
-
We got Return of the King, and rented F-Zero. Return of the King is great, especially with co-op mode. F-Zero rules, like you said. I may perhaps buy it!
-
Metal Arms is a good little game.
Edge slated Mario Kart. I usually go off what they say.
-
Sheepy has a mrs?
