Title: Well, after a looooooong absence

I am going to install FS2 again tonight and the Inferno mod/campaign sure looks very very good.

My question(s)

What file do I need? Just the big 135mb file?

Do I need anything else other then clean install of FS2 + 1.2 patch?

Is there a readme included in the big 135mb file or a install procedure around somewhere?

Other then that I hope I can still remember all the control keys (or find my ref card but I think it's lost in the big pile of moved stuff on the attic) and that I still have some of my FS2 skills left but I am afraid I am going to be very rusty. :D

If you have the full version, then nothing else is required

You can use FS-open, but it isn't required for R1

Well, the mods is installed and it looks truly awsome.

Just one question.

Are there any speech files available for the in game comms?

It's a lot easier to listen instead of read all the time. ;)

Other then that I am truly impressed so far.

I even knew 95% of the key controls out of my head, I guess those 400+ Squadwar missions I have under my belt we're enough to burn it into my brain forever, lol.

No, afraid not. We want to do VA but it's too much work and not enough volunteers.

Maybe I can round up a few other people as well.

Is there a way I can pull out all the comms stuff in text format?

you should also check out Homesick (linky here (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,19306.0.html)) - IMHO the best campaign finished till now ;)

And if you like the Inferno Mod, you'll love Sol: A History (same link)

Man, I am re-living the weeks I first bought FS2 all over again.
These mods are great.
