I know this may sound strange, but how do you move a mission to the campaign editor?
I've looked in the help section and it says that dragging is the way to do it, but it won't work... :(
-
It's a bit finnicky. You have to drop the mission bang on top of the slot.
-
:wtf: I've never got that to work either. I simply hold down control when I click on the slot and the selected mission appears. No dragging involved.
It's analogous to the way you add a new ship in FRED i.e select it from the list, hold down CTRL and click where you want it.
-
Do you mean adding a mission to the campaign tree, or moving a mission which is already in the campaign tree?
-
From the way he said move a mission TO the campaign editor I assume he meant the former.
-
Ah, thanks for the clearup. In that case, you need to select the mission in the 'Available missions' window, then click the grey rectangle in the window to the right while holding down on the 'Ctrl' key. It's something like adding ships to a mission.

That's pretty much what I said kv :D Still at least it proves I know what I'm talking about :D

Whoops! Just goes to show that some of us (a.k.a. me) seem to skip over posts... :o
Oh well, if two of us say it, it can't be wrong, can it? :nervous:

Thank you all... :)

you click and drag to link the missions...
