i need a .gif or something from that SOC animation you get in command briefings, thought it would be "general" enough, so if anyone could help me, extracting it out of FS2 itself gives you an .ani, which i can't do anything with.
-
You could printscreen it from VPview? :) Dunno...
-
Save as AVI, then convert the AVI to GIF.
Or just save all the frames as PCX and batch-convert them.

Here ya go...

can't I DL it somewhere?
perhaps MSN or something, since i have hotmail, i doubt the whole thing can be stuffed in my mailbox then :p
*edit*

edit: you want the whole thing animated?
edit2: if you only want 1 frame, just hit the save all frames button in aniview. drop them all in an *empty* folder than just find the frame you want.
