I*f that's Earth, well she's not in the right part of the universe :D
looks cool, but you have too many stars to my liking :)

Or it's being hit by some kind of alien flamethrower! :D
-
Waterworld!:nervous: it's Definetly not earth but mmhh not bad:)
-
Well maybe it's earth but the alien flamethrower evaporated lots of seawater saturating the atmosphere with water vapour making it more opaque. Not bad at all but turn the opacity lower on your atmosphere.

PSSSSSST Credits to Fabio Passaro please ;)
-
uhm yep the earth mesh is from him
and update :D....
-
neb is too dark
AND CREDITS!
-
there we go...
-
Add some variety to the stars.
-
I can feel my retina bleeding at the 'unexpected' contrast on those pictures.
Seriously, neon red nebula + blue planet = ouch
-
I like the first one best,
and maybe the shivans have developed a new super planet killing weapon
-
The starfield in the last two seem kinda empty...and all of the stars are bugging me a bit. Probably because the nebula should block out at least most of the stars from view (cuz it's a big cloud of gas after all). IMO the stars should be more subtle and not quite as bright as they are now. Right now they're more just like totally white dots on a black field.
I like the planet mesh btw, it's really nice.
-
i dont get it. the planet looks oval to me.
-
That's because it is oval. It's the 3D program rendering perspective and/or lens distortion, but probably just the former.
-
Nice.
-
aren't planets not supposed to be oval? i mean, a bit distorted from all those random spinning effects, but not that oval.
oh yeah, its very nice btw.
