Title: Admiral Petrarch is in ID4
Post by: Corsair on January 16, 2004, 09:46:29 pm: I was watching Independence Day tonight and I noticed that the general's voice sounded awfully familiar. Then I realized that that gravelly voice could only belong to one person... Admiral Petrarch!

At least, I think it is. They sound awfully alike.

I heard, "Mr. President, the large ship has broken off into multiple pieces, each over 15 miles across."

And I realized, "There are now over 80 Sathanas Juggernauts in the Capella system."

Sometimes I think Gene Hackman sounds similar to Robert Loggia, and that NATO guy in behind enemy lines.. you really can tell when someones a general in the military :lol: their voice gives it totally away.

So true. Definately one of the best actors in FS2.

They certainly look mostly identical. Surely Hackman was the dude in Enemy Lines you're thinking of?

Post by: Dark_4ce on January 17, 2004, 01:21:17 pm: Bosch is atleast Ronny Cox, the dude from Total Recall. The main bad guy, who owned everything. He was also in Robocop who designed ED-209. PLUS the bad guy in Robocop, the criminal guy, was in FS2 as well. But I think as some Vasudan. But was Stephen Baldwin only in the beggining of FS2? Or was HE snipes?

The names i recognise off the cast list are;
Baldwin, Loggia, Cox & Kurtwood Smith

IIRC Snipes was a member of V staff, wasn't he?

That's odd. i could have sworn someone posted - reliably - here a year or so back that Snipes was someone else. Should probably play the game once in a while :)

nono... There were two robocop guys in FS2, the criminal who got his throat ripped out by Robocop at the factory, and the Businessman who got blown to hell in the end when he held that big chief guy hostage. He was also in a same type of role in Total Recall. In which Michael Ironside also acted.

If you know anymore than I do which you probably do could you please post the information there.
