Hmmm wasnt today supposed to be the day those "Freespace 2 Limited Edition" copies go on sale at Interplay? I just checked their site and there's no sign of it.

Looks like it was a false rumor.

I don't remember seeing ANY dates mentioned at all.  Just that soon may be a possibility.

wow, I had just about given up on this. Is it a good or bad thing though? And where did this "popular demand" suddenly come from?

By the looks of it there is no popular demand. II'd say there'd be lots of other Interplay titles being rereleased this year in 20th Anniversary Editions.
