Title: New Games?

Okay, since I've got a basically new rig from what I had besides UT2k3, Unreal 2, Generals, and Halo, what other games should I try?

It goes without saying that I mean 'demo try' not 'kazaa try'.

Call of Duty - best FPS there is justnow.  

Offhand - good RTS is Rise of Nations (best tactical dynamic of anything I've played.... very well desgined and balanced game), Trackmania is a decent but hard to find puzzle-cum-driving game and Star Wars:KoToR is probably the best Stars or RPG game there is.

If you can find a copy, I'd recommend picking up Emperor: Battle for Dune.  It's a C&C-style upgrade to the original Dune 2, and it's incredibly addictive.  Plus... in what other game can you expect to find Michael Dorn as the Duke Atreides?

Jagged Alliance 2 + Unfinished Business...
The best Squad RPG ever made.
Fallout Tactics is also pretty cool...

Hmm, lets see. Max Payne 2, Beyond Good and Evil. X2 is pretty good I reckon. Deus Ex 2, since I suspect that both the devs and the community have been working hard to fix all the crapiness, and by now it might be a good experience.

NWN and KOTOR are both excellent games from Bioware.

I've got NWN, but I left my CDs at my parents.:mad:

I'm expecting my brother to give me HotU or KOTOR for my birthday in april.

I enjoyed the Unreal 2 demo, but it was kind of short.

KotOR was good but a bit limited IMHO I don't know how ppl played it through more than two or three times. I need but one game right now and it is Halflife 2. My life is incomplete without it. :D (here's hoping it isn't another starwars episode 1).
