I don't know what to make of it.  It looks serious enough on some fronts, but then it has links for essentially everyone on the left-hand bar.  I'm going to go with Kazan and say spoof.

It's a different MIDI each time. So far, I think I've heard Highway to Hell, Devil's Dance, and some weird cross between Mission Impossible and a Command and Conquer track... hard to tell because they are MIDIs..
