I chose a medieval (content) painting for my art project, so I've been doing all things knights lately :D
This is my first all-PS job, what do you think? (Still not done):

Looks like you've got a good basis on form.
But please, please, do research on armour! Spaulders didn't have the shape you've begun to flesh out during any time period. Further, cuisses would not have generally covered the back of the thigh. As for the scabard, leather is a sure bet, with a metal chape.
Good form so far though!

Thanks :) I looked at a webpage that sells armor, and I was trying to duplicate the arm/shoulder joint protectors, but they ended up looking completely different :( But I'll keep working! :D
EDIT: Updated.

Both have forums and patterns, lots of really great information for begginers.
Looking better, BTW.

Not bad at all for a first go! Kinda reminds me of the Flash Videos from Myth :)
