Hey, guys, I was thinking, would it be possible to feature an ignore feature in the latest SCP release? That way if we encounter some... Unavoidable pilots we can simply ignore them?

i think he means in multi chat.

there isn;t even a full multi system yet, not supported at any rate anyway.

MULTIPLAYER WORKS -- the actually peer to peer connections from host to client and everything works - all I am working on is a central "master server"

I read something about having to compile a seperate build for ballistics and some other stuff.  I don't think I'm pulling this outta' me rear, but I may have misunderstood.

Just a side request...
Can you allow the -mod flag for FRED too?
It would be useful for who's working on multiple campaigns.

good idea. And add a in-game kick & ban option while you're on it :D

The exes shouldn't be divided up (like Raa mentioned), cause the mods that use ballistics, etc, would be in big trouble when trying to launch a game, cause everyone would have to close the current exe, then run the other one. They should all be in one exe :)

Just tried it. Adding -mod x did absolutely nothing to the 20th Jan build.

I have no idea where this could have come from.  The only special FRED build is the OGL one.  Besides, ballistics have been in the source for about a year now... why would this start to be an issue now?

lol, after i made the topic... i thought the same thing.. ;) But yes in multiplayer i mean the ignore button... that would be a nice feature... to keep pesky pilots from annoying the community, and encouraging pilots to leave fs...
