The new MMO from Blizzard. Gamespy is saying good things about it in the previews... any thoughts?

been looking after it when it's been anounced. pb is, my life didn't turn out exactrly how I hoped it would, so I can't really play a mmorpg...

C'mon now. Any game they make before SC2 will be percieved to be made "instead of" SC2. I think the concept is a solid one, with a very large and imaginative backdrop for the game, namely the Warcraft universe.

However, I also think that the game is very low poly, a fact that is partially hidden by Blizzard's texturing genius. No biggie though, MMORPGs are not known for thier top-of-the-line graphics anyways, though upcomming games are challenging that notion.

It's the reason I haven't got into SWG, besides the bugs of course.

Are the graphics anything like WC3? Cos they owned. Also, any word on what they'll be charging for online play? That;s theo nly thing that puts me off about MM

The graphics do look low poly, but with the odd designs ( bent houses and stuff ) plus the gorgeous textures, that gives the game a very nice cartoon feeling.
