Ok, here's the problem.
I'm working on a model in max, and I'll export it as a 3ds, then open it up in Truespace3.2 and save it as a cob file. Then I add the right texture map using lith.
Now when I try to open the cob file with PCS, the program frezes and stops responding (both vanilla and auto-facet).
So I tried cob2pof, and that worked fine at converting ithe cob file. The problem though is that I'd prefer to get in in PCS with auto-facet.
I can then open up the pof file with no problems in PCS, but if I save it as a COB file that way, and attempt to convert it from a cob-pof, it'll crash the program.
So I'm just wondering what I should do, or if anyone had any tips/suggestions.
Cheers!

What does your Truespace hierarchy look like?

open and save in truespace

What version of Lith? The one from IP Andrews Lith Tutorial? If you got it elsewhere it could be very dodgy when it comes to exporting .cobs.

Scratch this, I'm trying to identify the problem now. It looks like it had arisen after i split the original mesh to edit and then welded a mirrored copy to it.
I'm looking into it now.
Cheers!

sounds like it's either walking off the end of the array - make sure you have the high limits copy bobboau is spreading around
or it's going into uncaught infinite recusion
