Title: Two minor fixes in FRED

There are two things which annoy me sometimes:

1. After selecting multiple fighters and entering the Ship Editor, the assigned personas will be lost. I will have to reassign the personas.

2. This occurs when I enter the wing editor and select a wing of fighters who leave in the fighter bay of a capital ship. FRED sometimes fails to save the name of the assigned capital ship. So at saving, FRED yells at you that the wing in question has no ship set as departure target.

Can these be fixed in the next build?

Your best bet is to enter them into mantis, there they will stay unlike a post in a forum which will be lost in a week.

They are not only FSO bugs. Exceptionally.

Well Volition are not going to fix them.
Put them in our bug report system and we might :)

I have had the second bug there happen many, many times; pretty annoying, but at least it can be changed back easily.

we should make it a policy where non-showstopper bugs posted on the forums won't be fixed.  sure its cold and heartless, but it will get people to use mantis

I think you might have a an idea there.
Not really what I want to do.
But I sick of having to dig up threads when we have a perfectly good bug system.

I may volunteer for reporting forum shown bugs into Mantis if you need.

I agree with Phreak.  Thread closed.

Zarax, and anyone else, we'd welcome anyone who volunteers to add bugs to Mantis.  You don't need our permission or a special title, just do it.
