Title: fred/skybox tweak: no trans sky

in some (but not all) situations, it would be good to be able to completely deactivate background images (suns, stars, nebs, ect) while using a skybox. such as when you wish to render your own suns, stars, nebs, ect as part of your skybox. for lighting purposes you should still be able to set positions of suns, only without showing their bitmaps. they should still flare up but would require a sun to be rendered in the skybox.
