Er...Powerball...in Minnesota anyway. :nervous:
I was reading the rules to the game 'cuz I'm wanting to make a script that randomly picks numbers. Anyway, the rules say that they may not pay out to a person under 18. But under section 7 (Ineligible Players) it doesn't say anything about age! So I could by tickets, I just can't win and if my ticket does win I can't get the winnings. ;)

Exciting.
You do realize that sharing every little aspect of your life and meaningless factoid with the world generally isn't such a fantastic idea.
"I just took a shower today... and I found out that my wart is really a mole!"

I was always telling you it was a mole, but would you listen? Would you listen?

You said it was cancer. There's a difference.
-
That too. It was a particularly interesting example, compared to the others.

Yay. You can pay the tax on the mathematically impaired. Go you.
While you're willing to throw away money on losing propositions, how about you and I wager on the moon being made of green cheese.

Indeed.
The Moron Tax, as my cousin and I have called it for the past 5 years or so.

whats the point in buying them if you cant win?

Ask all the people who make the thing profitable in the first place.

:o
But it all goes to such good causes!
Like replacing the velvet on opera house box seats every 2 weeks! And building a giant statue of a fox from John Prescotts bellybutton fluff, to sit by the M1! And dance groups where people stand still for 10 minutes before twitching! And...er...stuff.
