B&W? Man, that stuff muct be bloody old, the color Astroboy was first aired in 1980 :P
If you like Astroboy, or anything by tezuka for that matter, I can only recommand Metropolis, it's a pure jewel of animation.

I watched it when I was...5 or 8...I think

It ruled! I can believe they took it off the air...but now it's coming back...need...CN...must...watch...

btw, Astroboy is also being made into a game...prolly old news though, looks f*cking great!

That's just what I thought. I grew up watching the re-runs my brother insisted on putting on TV. ;)

I did a little digging and here (http://www.swooh.com/peon/liberator/AB101_high.ram  ) is a shortcut to the preview for the first or second epidsode.  You'll need a the RealPlayer codec.  I saw someone post the codec without the #####y player somewhere a couple of weeks ago.
