Title: Be afraid...

With all of the quasi-religious baby Jesus and Mohammad threads it's time for something completely different:

My friend's dad used to own the Schlotsky's (spelling) here, so I don't like Quiznos much.:D

Have to admit they're not bad though.

Quiznos=better version of SubWay

Its basically a sub, and they heat it up and it costs you $8 for a medium and I don't even know how much for a large.

Its like Starbucks. They have a nice environment and all that, but the price is obscene. Its not a design gallery, its a sandwich store. I don't care how it looks.

$8 for a large here, $5 for a medium, $3 for a small, Rictor.

What? A footlong cost practically the same as it costs at SubWay! What the hell are you talking about?

What the hell? The Spongemonkey song has been up there for ****ing ages.

What you people need is the Hedgehog Song (http://www.rathergood.com/hedgehogs/). Oh, and here's a new one about a Sumo Florist (http://www.rathergood.com/sumo_florist/)

:nervous: :nervous:

They gotten to you too!

And mik, I was talking Canadian dollars, so its about 1.3x as much as you said.

If you ask me, Subway is a rip off too. Most fast food places overcharge, but sub stores are particularly nasty in this regard.

True, but this is a nice change of pace from all of the zealotry, right? :)

I still haven't managed to go to a Quiznos, but the ad has interested me.

Title: Quiznos
Post by: Star Dragon on March 05, 2004, 10:28:40 pm
ok WTF ARE those things?? I mean seriously. The first time I saw one of those commercials I wanted to puke. I couldn't even pay attention to the captions cause they looked like someone ripped a piece of intenstine out and put a face and hat on them!

l8tr I was able to ignore their disgusting appearence and actually read what they were saying. A Quisno's is comming to my area in a few months, but they really should think about their marketing. I don't know how good their business is but I am perfectly happy with Subway when I am in the mood for my metball sub.

As for Sumo Florist! WOW... "Thank you Jesus for my cock!" Sounds like a good christian song to me! Halleluja! At first I thought this song was totally gay but halfway through it rocked! Plus I liked the blues kitties on guitar...

It's not better than Subway, wait, it is better than Subway, but Rictor was right.

I can go to Subway and get a footlong sandwich with whatever the hell I want on it for between $5 and $7.

Quiznos' sanwiches, the decent sized ones anyway, start at $6 and go up from there.  I'm on a student's budget I have to go to Subway.
