Opera's better - using IE and IE-wannabes like Mozilla these days is fairly painful for me. *hugs Opera's broader featureset*

In my Personal opinion.

IE's CSS and rendering failings have been known for a long, long time. You'll just have to write switches into your markup to get IE to do something approaching the right thing.

um i never really have any problems with my CS working in any browsers - of course im intentionally being careful and checking 20 times
