Title: skybox boinking bug fixed

seems the veiw zoom was getting set, but never unset, test out this build tell me if there are any problems.

this specificly was for HT&L,

to be totaly honest I don't know if it still works in non-htl (though I have been checking stuff of that nature recently)

Skyboxes are rock steady on my system now, both whilst cycling targets and subsystems/turrets :)

havent a clue, naming conventions are kidna whack and inconsistant.
