Title: Bug report not sure where to send it :P
Post by: QuantumDelta on March 08, 2004, 03:53:21 pm
Quiz told me to post it here, anyway;

Error Log (http://smalltimerivalry.com/sschost/scriptquantumdelta/errorlog.txt)

Crashes as soon as you create(host) a game with the latest build.
Any clues on this one? ( we thought it might've been the media vp not being present, but, it is present, so not sure what the problem there is...)
Create > Name Game > Create Game > "Loading"/CTD.

Sys specs;
Windows 98se.
DX9b.
GF5200FX
512MB PCI 3200 DDR
Athlon AMD 2400+ XP

Yell if you need anymore info =)

Hehehe, fair enough;)

Just been playing through the single player a tiny bit... probably going to be doing a lot of yelling at people for QA Stuff :P
(EG; atm afterburners still use the V Afterburner code even with the new effects it makes it look 409753073098x worse, because you instantly go from this tiny little light to an absolutely huge one that's bigger than your ship (myrm) with no transition... and there seems to be hellish slow down problems with models on meh comp on 32bit, gonna try lock down when that comes in, seems to be related to particles (fire from damaged ships) :/ and this was just in five minutes of flying the training module heh)

*Clicks linky and goes to report :P*

Looking over what I saw, this isn't a duplicate, however, it could be related to that tech room crash since I'm assuming it's a mission validation problem....

//runs off for a generals game :P

It looks exactly the same as the error I get when trying to create a game on my second computer (the one using Internet Connection Sharing through my main PC).
