I need a poetry book (any length or type) for English class by Wednesday.
I'm going in the direction of the book store in the next hour or so.
You guys have any suggestions?

Hrmm.. so obvious, It's painful that I forgot it.
Well, keep em' c'mon anyway. Variety never hurts too much.

Tolkein did a good deal of poetry, or rather writing in prose. I'm sure you could dig up a ton if you happen to own or would consider buying the "History of MIddle Earth" series. Though be warned, Tolkien dabbled in obscure/made-up languages like the Irish dabble in drinking; that is to say heavily.

Read "Jabberwocky".
EDIT: Speaking of Jabberwocky, take a look at this: http://www.lost-ark.net/jabberwocky.html
