Edit: Spoke too soon - closed the program down to test my words and it refused to connect again. Apparently due to high load. Ah well... I'm off to the pub.

Does this mean the Basic comes without those bugfixes? ;)

[color=66ff00]I think it's in reference to the fact that it was released as a beta to subscribers first and now that it's gold it's had all the bugs to that point fixed.
