i never really watched spaced , or played much of resident evil. Not much i can say about it really
seems kinda interesting though

Interesting, but no idea what "spaced" was about. I seem to remember a british comedy on PBS a few years ago about some teenagers living together in an apartment (one of them being really off the wall wierd), but I don't know if that was "spaced" or what.
I never even heard of this movie til you mentioned it, have they been doing trailers and promos for it?

Spaced was brilliant. One of the great things about it was that it was a nerd paradise of sci-fi and computer game references (sort of like a live action Penny Arcade in many ways).
Since I love spaced I know I'm going to have to see this. I saw a trailer for it at the cinema a week ago and it looks great :D
Edit : Jessica Stephenson is in it too (Simon Peggs co-author in Spaced). This must be good then :)

Like how Richard Curtis having written Blackadder made Love Actually so great :wtf::doubt:

Spaced. Kicks. So. Much. Ass.
Seriously - it's the greatest TV comedy/sitcom I've ever seen - perhaps rivalling Red Dwarf. There's boat loads of references and stupid humor - and it's really well filmed as well. Not to mention that the sound track kicks ass.
Shaun Of The Dead is also going to kick ass (watch the trailer - it's proof enough). A friend of mine was auditioning to be a zombie in it but unfortunately they filled the application list.
I really can't wait for this.

The best bit on that entire trailer is where he switches the light on, sees the door-way full of zombies, then turns the light back off.
-
Thats the style of humor that made Spaced what it is. The series is pure brilliance. God I'm looking forward to this.
-
Okay. So it's thread necromancy. Considering the topic I felt it was apt. :)
If you like spaced GO SEE THIS MOVIE NOW!
It was actually funnier than spaced :)

Love Actually and Blackadder are completely different styles of comedy. I could tell just from the trailer that Shaun and Spaced were similar (although different enough to be accessable to those who didn't like or watch spaced).
BTW have fun playing spot the famous british person. They really have managed to get quite a lot of newest wave of comedy actors into that movie :)

Blackadder was utterly brilliant.
And could someone please fill me in on the Spaced thing. As in, if it's any good, what it's about, and what should I type in E-Mule.
-
Spaced is a channel 4 comedy. It's quite different in style from most british comedies (Black Books and Father Ted are probably it's closest relatives).
-
Spaces is considered "cult" comedy with rather out-of-the-ordinary jokes and a lot of references to other cult / scifi films and events (to prove my point, I point out that there's a separate set of subtitles on the DVDs specifically to point out what film references certain scenes include... expect Pulp Fiction, Star Wars, Robot Wars and goodness knows what else).

It's packed with info about the series as well as some stuff about Shaun Of The Dead.
On that note...
****ING AMAZING. OH MY GOD. If you see one film this year, make it Shaun Of The Dead. I don't care if you don't usually like cult humor - it doesn't matter now. This film makes it accessable even to Reebok Wearing Estate Monkeys™. Watching it on the first day of release I witnessed something I'd never seen before - an entire cinema laughing more than once through a film. Everyone (and I mean everyone from people like me to married couples to little children and goths (not mutually exclusive)) was laughing throughout.
Go. Watch. Cherish.
