Title: Good Music
Post by: adwight on March 30, 2004, 04:47:11 pm
I'm kind of getting sick of the current music that I am listening to.  Does anyone have any suggestions to a good band that I would listen to more than once.

Whats your poison?

I mean I'm sure we all can recommend music we like - but there's no point in listing an array of country and western bands if you hate country and western ;)

However, I'll kick off with some nice rock/metal type stuff that I like.

Within Temptation. Tool.
I've also taken to Ash lately - who seem pretty good.

Oh sorry, I like rock and not much else.  Don't refer me to cRAP or country, they're just horrible.

Try some AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd (spelling) isn't too bad either.

For newer stuff, I'd recommend Nirvana probably.

Stuff I like, Children of Bodom, Slayer, Metallica, Pantera, Ozzy, is good too.

EDIT: Depends on what you've heard so far.

The Transplant - DJ.DJ
The Transplants - Diamonds and Guns

Pennywise - Salvation
Pennywise - Look who you are
Pennywise- Society
