Hmm.....bit of a pain to park, surely?
-
Batman loves the tractor pull.
-
As anything but Batman that would look cool.
Right now, it looks like ****, imho :ick:
-
18-inch chrome wheels Yo! All it needs is a bigass spoiler and an underglow, and they might aswell replace Batman with Vin Diesel.
Fo shizle.
Adam West must be spinning in his grave...if this is indeed legit, but a quick glance at the date suggests it might not be.
-
I like the direction they're taking.
They said it was going to be less **** and more dark and this seems to be keeping with that theme.
Good for them.
-
Doesn't look like Batman to me, not enough bats. A part from that quite good.
-
I'm guessing that's the point.
It's Batman Begins. So he's not got all the connections and know-how to get people to build him a big high-tech BatMobile, so he's got to settle for what him and Alfred can knock up in the Bat Cave.
-
Oh, the Begins part actually means that its a prequel of sorts? I thought it was just a subtitle they came up with one day...
Ah Aflred. Is there anything he can't do? If any such person existed, I'de want him as a butler too.

Gghh. underglow, nought makes a car more "Jacky" :p
That aside, I didn't even know they were making a new batman. So, who's the bloodsucker this time?
-
According to the Sun, this film has both Morgan Freeman and Michael Cain in it. But then it was the Sun, and it was April 1st. So one way or the other it's false information
-
Well, its a six wheeler. So I suppose it'll handle well in the rain. But really, I always considered Batman more of a secretive crime fighter who hunts in the dark, instead of having what looks like a humvee roll down a street. I mean you cant sneak up on the bad guys if they hear you five minutes before you even arrive.
-
Actually, it's got the guy from the Last Samurai, ken watanabe or whatever... It's also got Michael Cane as Alfred, Liam Neeson, Morgan Freeman, and Gary Oldman as the young Gordon.

This is out of order! Batman would not drive such a heap of ****e! I hope this is another april fools!
-
It's not... Remember, this is when the dark knight first started fighting crime, so I imagine his artistic side (a la neon flashing candy machine he called the batmobile in the last movie which was so gay) wasn't present yet...
-
If executed properly, this film could well rule. God, I hope they do it well.
Remind me who directed the two Michael Keaton ones?
-
The guy who did Edward Scissorhands, Tim Burton.
-
I hopeth they screweth it up not. For angry wilt I be and sadened.
Alas, meh...
;)
-
Hmm.... A return the grittier side of Batman. I sincerely hope he is still a master of the martial arts, even if he is driving a tank.

Batman would not drive such a heap of ****e!
I would! Pick me!
-
You'd expect Arnold Schwarzenegger to step out...
And where's the novelty flames coming out the back!?
-
Hmm, Micheal Caine, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson...good so far. Katie Holmes..not bad. Christian Bale, so-so. Someone remind me who Gary Oldman is? He sounds familiar, but I can't remmeber from where.
Anyone else think Ian McKellan should play Alfred? Michael Caine is too...round. He doesn't look like Alfred, though I suspect he'll do a great job at acting the part.
edit: oooh, he's the guy who hijacks Air Force One and Harrison Ford kicks his ass. Yeah, he's OK.
-
Gary Oldman is the ****ing evil bastard badass twisted scum**** cop in the film Leon (a part he plays so goddamn well)
-
Batman lives on a farm? :wtf:
-
Looks like a hummer buggered a lamborghini and had kids.
It also looks like it could fit in with the Dark Knight Returns era batman (though in that, he drove, practically, an MBT).
-
I'v wondered, why don't they just act like the last two movies never happened?

Also the one is the 5th element.
-
I just noticed who the Bad Guy is: R'as al Ghul.
So yes, Batman is gonna need a tank, maybe two.
I see a problem though, R'as gives grown-up Batman a hard time, the problem is if this Bats is supposed to new to the Cape 'n Cowl, R'as is gonna so own him it'll be pathetic.

Ye well fair play but you're talknig to a man who's dream car would be a DB9 so I have issues with the asthetics of cars. :D
-
I think it's gonna be a good movie.
And bobbou is right, they should just forget the last two movies ever happened.
That's probably why they didn't continue the movies right after and jumped to his beginnings.
I like Christian Bale as the new batman. Anyone see American Psycho? I think he'd make the perfect Bruce Wayne.
