Yeah, I find the glows WAY too big as well.

I don't remember them being this big initially.

that's not what he's talking about, look at the box.
there is no easy way to fix this, and it probly won't be untill after 3.6

Ah! I see. Even Volition FreeSpace has this. As far as I can remember. But I may be wrong, since I am forced to use FSO nowadays.
