Title: FSDoc's Bad Link

FSDoc is linked on the right side of HLP main, however the link on the right goes to:
http://dynamic4.gamespy.com/~freespace/forums/fsdoc/

The one on the left is fine, but the right needs the forums/ out of it.

:eek2: ohw my gawd, they STILL haven't fixored it? btw it is only the title that is incorrect, the link below the newsflash points correctly
