Title: Music query

Okay, there are two parts to this plea for help:

1:  Can anyone point me to a tutorial (or anything else) that explains Music.tbl.  (Probably being dense here, but it just doesn't make sense to me)

2:  Does anyone know of a free program that can convers mp3s to Wavs?

You still need a MP3 codec (lots of free ones to be had).
