I think they need to learn from their mistakes and give up now.  Go look them up on Hard[OCP] and tell me I'm wrong.

Yes they are at it again.

Its funny how the wheel turns...Infinium sues HardOCP and now Infinum has two or three lawsuits on them a couple of months later.  The whole thing sounded like a scam right from the start.  Alot of glitz and glamour and absolutely no content, no games signed up, no companies behind it, no clear goals aside from a steamed gaming network concept which is a neat idea but with no proof of concept at all.
