Yeah, he really would have eaten this for breakfast. ;)

It's a shame really, this isn't actually complicated stuff, but I just lack the time to work and write up the thing because I'm stuck in an essay right now. Blegh. :sigh:

I'd help ya... but I get this error message from Winzip saying "Invalid archive." Perhaps you should try rezipping it?

Edit: Tried it with a couple other unzipping clients and still it's a no-go.

Heh, this is the kind of stuff we did earlier this semester in Calculus III. *Looks back in his notes* ;)

No kidding, Joey? Cool. ;)

Heh, don't fret kasperl. Some of it requires some wacky assumed knowledge... like scalar products of vectors and cross products of vectors (which is how you calculate normals to a plane). I suck at it. :)

Baby steps, baby steps. ;)

Besides, in a few years time, I'll actually be teaching this sort of thing in high schools. Hooray...! *nervous:

[color=66ff00]I've got a rather brilliant set of notes on this. You want them? It might make your life a bit easier.

I'd help you myself but I've got a biomedical physics project to complete for thursday. :(

Got part i done in number 1. I can't recall us ever learning about the geometry of vectors so I'll leave those parts up to you. ;)

Sorry...I'm a humanities student.  We get away with the bare minimum of math required... :D

Actually, it looks like I'm okay for all of Q1... *tears off page* Your answers look consistent with mine, Joey, so thank goodness for that. ;) Now onto Q2... great, my head's swimming already. ;)

Lol, it's no prob Ice. Most of my B/Arts friends cringe whenever they see my maths notes, so I understand your reaction perfectly. :D

Instead of teaching us the geometry of vectors, we go into the calculus of vectors, which makes pretty good since, considering it's a calculus III class, learning stuff such as line integrals, iterated integrals, and solving partial differential equations (aka finding a "potential function" for a conservative vector field). Yeah, it's fun like that. :D

Gee, a lot of people downloaded my assignment. :p

Anyway, I've been at uni for half the day now, and starting onmy way home in 90 minutes... sitting in a lab resting before my next class right now. Tonight, I'll post up what I have to do for my software assignment, the demonstration of which is due tomorrow... :sigh:

Nifty, I encountered stuff like this in my "Linear Algebra 2/ed" textbook. I was reading it earlier this year, haven't finished it though (I think I got to vector spaces). I'm rusty on my vectors.
