Title: question about FS2 avi's

I own the game but can't watch the vids.Obviously there is a tool kickin around to convert X->Y so just wondering whats up with that?(Yes I searched posts)BTW yes I know Interplay re-released but they already got my money so ahhh f'em.Anyways, thx for your time.:thepimp:

It's illegal, Intercrap went nuts when we tried to use the converter before.
And you should be able to watch the vids if you own the game :p

AFAIK intercrap never did anything against us but they have been known to go after sites that carry MVE2AVI fairly agressively so no one from HLP is willing to put the program up for download.

Yeah but playing the main campaign on FS2_Open and not being able to see the cutscenes is like having a ferrari and an open road but not being able to turn on the stereo :D

if you really want to find it, do a google search for "mve2avi" and the string "return0"

30.10.03, Wasteland Ghost
was real popular in russia...
especially with an X'ed team

oh, and about that tool you are looking for?
If you find it?
you will need the 2.4h version
not the 2.31 one coz it can't handle fs2
