Title: If you have done 7 impossible things this morning...
Post by: Lightspeed on May 02, 2004, 05:30:32 am
... why not round it off with a visit to the new and updated  Milliways FS2 resource (http://www.penguinbomb.com/lightspeed/) :D

Spent quite a while on making it, so I hope you like the new (and hopefully better categorized) design

Additionally, Milliways2.0 returns with a gift - an updated version of my sun effects that should fix some bugs that were in the first release - and improve visual quality :)

Nice :)

I noticed that on the Milliways Menu you put '32-Bit versions of every FS2 effect' twice and missed off your hi-res suns. Happy to help :D

You also seem to have a stray " in your body tags:
<body " bgcolor=
Doubt it'll stop anything working, but I thought I'd mention it.

I like the layout and graphics, but how about some links on the Milliways Menu page straight to the screenshots or the downloads for your officially released packages? Otherwise people always have to backup to the main page to go anywhere else.

Of course, I'm just a nut for having navigation available everywhere. :D

Don't put nonexistant in it. Like this (http://www.penguinbomb.com/lightspeed/SMW02shine.html). Either leave it out, or better yet, put a clear big tag on the link telling everyone that that particular part is under construction.

Checking out empty links sucks more than 5 cent crack whore from downtown Johannesburg.

Thats quite a nice rework of the website Lightspeed. I like it. I'mparticularly keen of the "M" picture that returns you to the previous page. If its a simple thing, it would be cool to have the header done in that style.

And extra kudos for using a star background and not having it look like a crappy Geocities webpage. It actually looks good.

They were in but I scrapped them last minute before putting the site up. Actually i just let them in there so i would rebuild them. But i'm sooo lazy. :D
