				Blind Samourai? Why does that make me think of Rutger Hauer? :p

				Because there was a Rutger Hauer flick called Blind Samurai--or at least there was one in which he PLAYED a blind swordsman. :D

				This story was processed in over 20 other films in Japan, it's one of their classics, the way Europeans handle Hamlet.
 
 Zatoichi is just the latest producer/director to make his version.
