This ship will take part in the Into the Halls of Valhalla Campaign (http://mods.moddb.com/gallery/3155/).
Click on the underlined green text (http://mods.moddb.com/gallery/3155/11939/) to see the ship. I know it is not a masterpiece, but I decided to show this to you, just to justify ITHOV is not dead.

It's kinda undetailed, even by Vanilla Standards.

I have bad experiences with detailing. Models are too sensitive. I daren't do more boolens. The whole model would work berserk.

I've yet to do Booleans on a Mesh. Heck, I hardly know what they are.

Hm. Nope. Never used it. I usually take a block, and just extrude and cut the heck out of it.

I basically don't know hat to add as details. Holes, greebles, or what?

I like to make little do-dads sticking out all over the place, but then again, my meshes are nothing special...

TopAce : DaBrain is on the right track there. Try to make your extrusions look less like rectangles simply bolted onto the side of your ship.
Raa: What was the Khnum? I've not seen it.

I told you, I LOVE the Khnum. The only problem is that it looks way too Terran.

"Kinda" Terran is fine. It looks very Terran.

Neat look to it. Altough a galleon is more of a freighter and less of a warship, altough they were armed to defend themselves.

Add holes, add greebles, add more distinct textures, make the mesh less blocky. If a good model is a wood carving, your cruiser is a block of wood. Make it slimmer and add details--bridges, projections, grooves, holes, etc.
