Title: WTF? Starship Troopers game?

We can't suppress the discussion of warez, it's not illegal and thus we have no reason to. It's like saying 'I can get crack from a drug dealer'; everyone knows it but nobody cares unless somebody here actually starts selling the stuff. Or somesuch thing.

Post by: 01010 on May 23, 2004, 05:19:39 pm: This game sucked, a squad based RTS but it just wasn't fun. Their is a ST game in production however that is looking real badass. An FPS (I think) that has you in situations like the outpost in the first film where the bugs just swarm it, I think it may rock.

Post by: Singh on May 24, 2004, 04:37:47 am: Quite an ok game actually. I played around half-way through before getting hooked on by half-life. It gets pretty repetitive though, but passing some of the levels can be a real challenge for any gamer :P

Unfortunately, I lost my CD a while back, so cant help ya there an0n :(
If you ever need tips playing the game, I could probably help ye out at the least.

Post by: Star Dragon on May 24, 2004, 06:19:24 pm: I remember loving it til that asteroid level on the mining colony (U know with the UBER tough invisible phasing bugs?) At that point I turned the game in for credit for something else as im my opinion that was over the top. But it was a good game for the time it came out. I only hope those that are to come after do not dissapoint both fans of the show and hard core gamers who want options and lots of action. Oh... AND MAKE IT MODDABLE AND MOD FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!! Or you suck! ;)
